Teacher Agreement
Effective Date: July 31, 2026
This Teacher Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Mighty Classes (“Company,” “We,” “Our,” or “Us”) and the registered teacher (“Teacher,” “You,” or “Your”).
By registering with Mighty Classes and accepting student assignments, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
1. Purpose
Mighty Classes provides home tuition and online tuition services by assigning qualified teachers to students based on academic requirements, subject preferences, location, and availability.
Teachers represent Mighty Classes while providing educational services to assigned students.
2. Eligibility
To become a Mighty Classes teacher, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Provide accurate personal and educational information.
- Possess the necessary knowledge and teaching skills.
- Successfully complete the Mighty Classes verification process.
3. Teacher Responsibilities
Teachers agree to:
- Teach assigned students sincerely and professionally.
- Maintain punctuality and regular attendance.
- Prepare lessons suitable for the student’s academic level.
- Communicate respectfully with students and parents.
- Inform Mighty Classes immediately if unable to attend a scheduled class.
- Follow all academic and operational policies of Mighty Classes.
4. Student Assignment
Student assignments are managed exclusively by Mighty Classes.
Students are assigned based on:
- Subject
- Class
- Location
- Teaching Mode (Home/Online)
- Teacher Qualification
- Availability
- Experience
Teachers cannot independently claim or select students.
Mighty Classes reserves the right to assign, replace, transfer, or discontinue any teacher assignment whenever necessary to ensure the best educational experience for students.
⭐ Important Payment Policy
No Active Student = No Payment
Mighty Classes follows a performance-based payment model.
Teacher remuneration is processed weekly only for active tuition assignments that have been successfully conducted and verified by Mighty Classes.
Teachers are not entitled to any fixed salary, retainer, monthly payment, or allowance when they do not have any active student assignments.
Payment is applicable only for:
- Active students
- Verified teaching sessions
- Approved teaching hours
Inactive teachers or teachers without assigned students will not receive payment for that period.
6. Attendance
Teachers must:
- Arrive on time.
- Complete scheduled classes.
- Inform Mighty Classes in advance if rescheduling is required.
Repeated absence or late attendance may lead to suspension or removal from the platform.
⭐ Payment & Fee Policy
No Direct Deal with Parents
All tuition fees shall be collected only by Mighty Classes.
Teachers are strictly prohibited from:
- Collecting tuition fees directly from parents.
- Accepting cash, UPI, bank transfers, gifts, or any monetary benefit from parents without written approval.
- Negotiating tuition fees.
- Discussing pricing or payment plans.
Parents are instructed to make all payments directly to Mighty Classes.
Teacher payments will be released by Mighty Classes according to the agreed weekly payment schedule.
Violation Policy
Any teacher found:
- Accepting direct payments,
- Requesting money from parents,
- Negotiating fees independently,
may face:
- Immediate suspension
- Permanent termination
- Cancellation of pending payments (where legally permissible)
- Legal action if required
8. Communication with Parents
Teachers may communicate professionally regarding:
- Attendance
- Homework
- Academic progress
- Student performance
Teachers must not discuss:
- Tuition fees
- Company policies
- Service agreements
- Payment arrangements
9. Confidentiality
Teachers shall keep confidential all information relating to:
- Students
- Parents
- Tuition fees
- Company operations
- Internal systems
- Business strategies
Confidential information shall not be disclosed without written permission.
10. Digital Teacher ID Card
Verified teachers may receive an official Mighty Classes Digital Teacher ID Card.
The ID Card:
- Remains the property of Mighty Classes.
- Must not be copied, modified, transferred, or misused.
- Must be returned or deactivated when requested.
⭐ Non-Compete & Non-Poaching Policy
One-Year Student Restriction
To protect the business interests of Mighty Classes, the Teacher agrees that:
For a period of 1 (one) year after the student’s association with Mighty Classes ends, the Teacher shall not, directly or indirectly:
- Teach that student privately.
- Contact the student for independent tuition.
- Accept tuition requests from the student or parents outside Mighty Classes.
- Encourage parents to discontinue Mighty Classes services.
- Refer the student to another coaching institute or teacher for personal benefit.
This restriction applies to every student introduced through Mighty Classes.
Violation of this clause may result in:
- Immediate termination.
- Permanent removal from the platform.
- Recovery of damages where permitted by applicable law.
- Appropriate legal proceedings.
12. Professional Conduct
Teachers shall:
- Maintain professional behaviour.
- Dress appropriately for home tuition.
- Respect students and parents.
- Avoid discrimination, harassment, abusive language, or misconduct.
- Represent Mighty Classes positively.
13. Intellectual Property
All logos, branding, study materials, digital resources, documents, software, forms, and educational content provided by Mighty Classes remain the exclusive intellectual property of Mighty Classes.
Unauthorized copying, sharing, or commercial use is prohibited.
14. Suspension or Termination
Mighty Classes reserves the right to suspend or terminate a teacher for:
- False information
- Poor performance
- Repeated complaints
- Professional misconduct
- Breach of this Agreement
- Direct fee collection
- Student poaching
- Damage to the company’s reputation
15. Independent Relationship
Unless otherwise stated in a separate written employment agreement, registration with Mighty Classes does not create an employer-employee relationship.
Teachers provide services under the business model and policies of Mighty Classes.
16. Changes to This Agreement
Mighty Classes may revise this Agreement at any time.
The latest version will always be available on the official website.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
17. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts where Mighty Classes has its principal place of business.

Teacher Declaration
By registering with Mighty Classes, I declare that:
- I have read, understood, and agree to this Teacher Agreement.
- The information provided by me is true and accurate.
- I will follow all company policies and professional standards.
- I understand that student assignments are made solely at the discretion of Mighty Classes and are not guaranteed.
- I understand that No Active Student = No Payment.
- I agree not to collect tuition fees directly from parents.
- I agree to the 1-year Non-Compete / Non-Poaching Clause regarding students introduced by Mighty Classes.
- I understand that violation of these policies may result in suspension, termination, and legal action where applicable.
