Teachers applying through Mighty Classes agree that:

• Submission of an application does not guarantee employment or student assignment.
• Teachers must maintain professional conduct while representing Mighty Classes.

5. Tuition Services

Mighty Classes provides both Home Tuition and Online Tuition based on teacher availability, student requirements, and service location.

Teacher assignments are made solely by Mighty Classes after evaluating factors such as:

• Subject requirements
• Class level
• Student location
• Teacher availability
• Teaching experience

Parents cannot demand a specific teacher. However, we will make reasonable efforts to provide the most suitable teacher.

6. Free Demo Class

A free demo class may be provided based on the selected tuition plan and availability.

Providing a demo class does not guarantee enrollment.

Mighty Classes reserves the right to modify or discontinue demo class offers at any time.

7. Fees & Payments

• Tuition fees are payable directly to Mighty Classes.
• Parents should not make tuition payments directly to teachers unless officially authorized in writing by Mighty Classes.
• Payment schedules and plans will be communicated during enrollment.
• Delayed payments may result in temporary suspension of services.

8. Teacher Payments

Teachers receive payments from Mighty Classes according to the company’s payment schedule and internal policies.

Payment amounts may vary depending on:

• Subject
• Class level
• Teaching mode
• Teaching hours
• Service agreement

9. Digital ID Cards

Mighty Classes may issue Digital ID Cards to registered students and teachers.

These ID Cards remain the property of Mighty Classes and are intended solely for identification within our services.

10. Code of Conduct

Students, parents, and teachers are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment or abusive language
• Discrimination
• Fraudulent activities
• Sharing false information

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of services.

11. Teacher Replacement

If a parent is not satisfied with the assigned teacher, Mighty Classes may provide a replacement after reviewing the concern, subject to availability.

Replacement requests are evaluated individually and are not guaranteed.
