Code of Ethics & Anti-Fraud Policy

At Mighty Classes, we are committed to providing trustworthy, transparent, and professional home tuition and online tuition services. This Code of Ethics & Anti-Fraud Policy applies to all teachers, staff members, partners, and representatives associated with Mighty Classes.
Failure to comply with this policy may result in suspension, permanent removal from the platform, legal action, and other remedies available under applicable law.
1. Purpose
This policy aims to:
- Maintain trust between students, parents, teachers, and Mighty Classes.
- Prevent fraud, misconduct, and unethical practices.
- Protect the reputation and business interests of Mighty Classes.
- Ensure fairness and transparency in all educational services.
2. Professional Integrity
Every teacher must:
- Act honestly and ethically.
- Represent Mighty Classes professionally.
- Provide accurate information.
- Follow company policies and applicable laws.
- Avoid conflicts of interest.
3. No Direct Deal with Parents
Teachers are strictly prohibited from:
- Collecting tuition fees directly from parents.
- Accepting cash, UPI, bank transfers, or any other payment without written authorization from Mighty Classes.
- Negotiating tuition fees.
- Offering private payment arrangements.
- Providing discounts without company approval.
All tuition fees must be collected exclusively by Mighty Classes.
4. Anti-Poaching Policy
Teachers must not:
- Ask parents to discontinue Mighty Classes.
- Encourage parents to continue tuition privately.
- Transfer students to another tuition company.
- Share personal tuition offers with Mighty Classes students.
Teachers shall not directly or indirectly teach any student introduced through Mighty Classes for one (1) year after the student’s association with Mighty Classes ends.
5. No Misuse of Company Brand
Teachers must not:
- Use the Mighty Classes name for personal business.
- Create social media pages pretending to represent Mighty Classes.
- Print unauthorized visiting cards, banners, or advertisements.
- Use company branding without permission.
- Modify or misuse the Mighty Classes logo.
6. Protection of Student Information
Teachers must never share:
- Student names
- Parent contact numbers
- Home addresses
- Academic records
- Personal photographs
- Videos
- Payment information
All student information is confidential.
7. Attendance Integrity
Teachers must not:
- Mark false attendance.
- Report classes that never happened.
- Submit fake teaching reports.
- Claim payment for missed classes.
- Manipulate attendance records.
Only actual completed classes should be reported.
8. Demo Class Ethics
During demo classes, teachers must:
- Teach sincerely.
- Demonstrate teaching ability.
- Behave professionally.
Teachers must not:
- Discuss fees.
- Promise discounts.
- Request direct tuition.
- Exchange payment information with parents.
9. Digital ID Card Policy
The Mighty Classes Digital Teacher ID Card:
- Remains company property.
- Must not be shared.
- Must not be duplicated.
- Must not be altered.
- Must not be used after termination.
Any misuse of the ID Card may result in immediate termination.
10. Gifts & Benefits
Teachers should not accept:
- Cash gifts
- Expensive gifts
- Commissions
- Referral payments
- Personal rewards from parents
Small tokens of appreciation (such as greeting cards or inexpensive gifts) may be accepted only if they do not influence professional judgment.
11. Academic Honesty
Teachers must:
- Teach sincerely.
- Prepare lessons honestly.
- Assess students fairly.
- Encourage independent learning.
Teachers must not:
- Complete school assignments dishonestly.
- Encourage cheating.
- Leak examination papers.
- Promote academic misconduct.
12. Anti-Fraud Policy
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Financial Fraud
- Fake payment claims
- Collecting tuition fees directly
- Double payment requests
- False reimbursement claims
Student Fraud
- Creating fake student inquiries
- Creating fake admissions
- Using fake attendance
- Manipulating student records
Identity Fraud
- Using another teacher’s account
- Sharing login credentials
- Using fake documents
- Forging certificates
Digital Fraud
- Hacking company systems
- Unauthorized access to data
- Sharing passwords
- Copying confidential information
13. Conflict of Interest
Teachers must immediately disclose any situation where:
- They have a personal relationship with a student’s family that may affect professional judgment.
- They operate another tuition business that could conflict with their responsibilities to Mighty Classes.
- Any outside activity creates a conflict with the interests of Mighty Classes.
14. Reporting Misconduct
Teachers should immediately report:
- Direct payment requests
- Bribery
- Fraud
- Harassment
- Abuse
- Misuse of company resources
- Student safety concerns
- Any unethical conduct
Reports will be treated confidentially.
15. Investigation Process
Mighty Classes may investigate any suspected violation by:
- Reviewing attendance records.
- Speaking with parents and students.
- Examining payment records.
- Reviewing digital communications where legally permitted.
- Requesting explanations from the teacher.
Teachers are expected to cooperate fully during investigations.
16. Disciplinary Actions
Depending on the seriousness of the violation, Mighty Classes may:
- Issue a verbal warning.
- Issue a written warning.
- Suspend teaching assignments.
- Permanently remove the teacher.
- Withhold payments for fraudulent claims where permitted by law.
- Recover financial losses through legal means.
- Report criminal activities to the appropriate authorities.
