Welcome to Mighty Classes. These Teacher Guidelines are designed to help you maintain professionalism, deliver high-quality education, and provide the best learning experience to every student. Every teacher associated with Mighty Classes is expected to follow these guidelines.
1. Our Mission
At Mighty Classes, our mission is to provide quality home tuition and online tuition through verified, qualified, and dedicated teachers. Every teacher represents the values, professionalism, and reputation of Mighty Classes.
2. Professional Conduct
Teachers must:
- Be polite, respectful, and professional.
- Treat every student fairly and patiently.
- Maintain a positive learning environment.
- Respect students’ privacy and dignity.
- Represent Mighty Classes professionally at all times.
3. Dress Code
Home Tuition
- Wear neat, clean, and appropriate attire.
- Carry your Mighty Classes Digital Teacher ID Card.
- Maintain personal hygiene and professionalism.
Online Tuition
- Dress professionally.
- Use a clean and distraction-free background.
- Ensure proper lighting and audio quality.
4. Punctuality
Teachers should:
- Arrive 5–10 minutes before every class.
- Start and finish classes on time.
- Inform Mighty Classes immediately if they are unable to attend.
Repeated delays may affect future assignments.
5. Teaching Standards
Teachers should:
- Prepare lesson plans before each class.
- Explain concepts clearly.
- Encourage student participation.
- Assign suitable homework.
- Review previous lessons regularly.
- Adapt teaching methods according to the student’s learning style.
6. Attendance & Class Records
Teachers should:
- Maintain attendance accurately.
- Report completed classes through the company’s reporting process.
- Inform Mighty Classes if a student is absent.
- Notify the company about repeated absences.
7. Communication with Parents
Teachers may discuss:
- Student attendance
- Academic progress
- Homework
- Behaviour
- Learning goals
Teachers must never discuss:
- Tuition fees
- Payment methods
- Discounts
- Company pricing
- Company policies without authorization
Parents should always be referred to Mighty Classes for payment-related matters.
8. Communication with Students
Teachers should:
- Encourage learning.
- Build confidence.
- Maintain respectful communication.
- Keep conversations educational.
Avoid:
- Personal discussions unrelated to education.
- Offensive language.
- Discrimination.
9. Home Tuition Guidelines
While visiting a student’s home:
- Respect family privacy.
- Teach only at the agreed location.
- Avoid unnecessary personal conversations.
- Do not invite friends or relatives.
- Leave after the class unless requested by the parent for academic discussion.
10. Online Tuition Guidelines
Teachers should:
- Join classes on time.
- Use a stable internet connection.
- Test audio and video before class.
- Keep study materials ready.
- Avoid unnecessary interruptions.
11. Student Safety & Privacy
Teachers must:
- Keep student information confidential.
- Never share student photos or videos without written permission.
- Protect all personal information received through Mighty Classes.
12. Payment Guidelines
No Active Student = No Payment
Mighty Classes follows a student-based payment system.
Teachers receive weekly payments only for:
- Active students
- Completed classes
- Verified teaching sessions
Teachers without active student assignments are not eligible for salary, retainer, or standby payments.
13. Student Assignment Guidelines
Students are assigned by Mighty Classes based on:
- Subject
- Class
- Location
- Teaching Mode
- Teacher Qualification
- Experience
- Availability
Teachers should respond quickly to assignment requests.
Please note:
- Student assignments are not guaranteed.
- Mighty Classes may assign, transfer, replace, or discontinue assignments whenever necessary.
14. Demo Classes
Teachers should:
- Prepare thoroughly.
- Demonstrate teaching quality.
- Focus on student understanding.
- Build trust with parents.
Teachers must not:
- Discuss fees.
- Negotiate payment.
- Make service commitments outside company policies.
15. Digital Teacher ID Card
Teachers should:
- Carry or display the Mighty Classes Digital Teacher ID Card.
- Present it if requested.
- Report any loss immediately.
The ID Card remains the property of Mighty Classes.
16. Parent Communication & Payment Policy
No Direct Deal with Parents
Teachers are strictly prohibited from:
- Collecting tuition fees.
- Accepting direct UPI, cash, bank transfer, gifts, or commissions.
- Negotiating tuition charges.
- Offering discounts.
- Entering into private payment arrangements.
All payments must be processed only through Mighty Classes.
If any parent offers direct payment, teachers must immediately inform Mighty Classes.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination.
17. Student Protection Policy
One-Year Non-Compete / Non-Poaching Rule
Teachers must not:
- Teach any Mighty Classes student privately.
- Contact parents for personal tuition.
- Ask parents to discontinue Mighty Classes.
- Share personal coaching offers.
- Refer students to another institute for personal benefit.
This restriction remains in effect for 1 year after the student’s association with Mighty Classes ends.
18. Prohibited Activities
Teachers must never:
- Collect tuition fees directly.
- Misuse the Mighty Classes name or logo.
- Share confidential company information.
- Share student contact details.
- Create fake attendance records.
- Submit false teaching reports.
- Use another person’s Digital ID Card.
- Misrepresent themselves as the owner or manager of Mighty Classes.
19. Performance & Quality Review
Teacher performance is evaluated based on:
- Punctuality
- Teaching quality
- Student progress
- Parent feedback
- Professional behaviour
- Compliance with company policies
Outstanding teachers may receive priority assignments and recognition.
20. Reporting Issues
Immediately inform Mighty Classes if:
- A class must be rescheduled.
- A parent offers direct payment.
- A safety issue arises.
- Student behaviour requires attention.
- Additional academic support is needed.
- Any dispute occurs with parents.
21. Compliance
Every teacher must comply with:
- Teacher Agreement
- Teacher Guidelines
- Privacy Policy
- Terms & Conditions
- Company policies communicated by Mighty Classes
Failure to comply may result in:
- Warning
- Suspension
- Removal from the teacher network
- Permanent termination
- Legal action where applicable

- I understand that student assignments are managed exclusively by Mighty Classes.
- I understand that No Active Student = No Payment.
- I will not collect tuition fees directly from parents.
- I will comply with the 1-Year Non-Compete / Non-Poaching Policy.
- I will follow all company policies, academic standards, and operational procedures.
