Teacher Agreement
Effective Date: July 28, 2026
This Teacher Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Mighty Classes (“Company,” “We,” “Our,” or “Us”) and the registered teacher (“Teacher,” “You,” or “Your”).
By registering with Mighty Classes and accepting student assignments, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
1. Purpose
Mighty Classes provides home tuition and online tuition services by assigning qualified teachers to students based on their academic requirements, subject preferences, location, and availability.
Teachers represent Mighty Classes while providing educational services to assigned students.
2. Eligibility
To become a Mighty Classes teacher, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Provide accurate personal and educational information.
- Possess the necessary knowledge and skills for the subjects you teach.
- Successfully complete the verification process conducted by Mighty Classes.
3. Teacher Responsibilities
Teachers agree to:
- Teach assigned students sincerely and professionally.
- Be punctual and maintain regular attendance.
- Prepare lessons appropriate to the student’s level.
- Maintain respectful communication with students and parents.
- Inform Mighty Classes promptly if unable to attend a scheduled class.
- Follow the academic guidelines and company policies issued by Mighty Classes.
4. Student Assignment
Mighty Classes assigns students to teachers based on the student’s academic requirements, subject, class level, location, preferred teaching mode, and the teacher’s qualifications and availability.
Student assignments are managed exclusively by Mighty Classes. Teachers cannot claim or choose students independently, and the company reserves the right to assign, change, or reassign teachers whenever necessary to ensure the best learning experience for students.
5. Professional Conduct
Teachers must:
- Maintain professionalism at all times.
- Dress appropriately for home tuition.
- Avoid abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior.
- Respect students, parents, and fellow staff members.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding student information.
6. Attendance
Teachers are expected to:
- Arrive on time for every class.
- Inform Mighty Classes in advance if a class must be rescheduled.
- Complete scheduled teaching hours unless otherwise approved.
Repeated absenteeism or late arrivals may result in disciplinary action or removal from the platform.
7. Payments
- Parents make tuition payments directly to Mighty Classes.
- Mighty Classes pays teachers according to the agreed payment schedule.
- Payment amounts depend on the assigned tuition, subject, teaching hours, and agreed terms.
- Teachers are not authorized to collect tuition fees directly from parents unless expressly authorized in writing by Mighty Classes.
8. Communication with Parents
Teachers should maintain professional communication with parents regarding:
- Student progress
- Attendance
- Homework
- Academic performance
Teachers should not negotiate tuition fees, payment terms, or service agreements directly with parents.
9. Confidentiality
Teachers must keep confidential all information related to:
- Students
- Parents
- Company operations
- Fees
- Internal processes
Confidential information must not be shared with any third party without written permission from Mighty Classes.
10. Digital Teacher ID Card
Verified teachers may receive an official Mighty Classes Digital Teacher ID Card.
The ID Card:
- Remains the property of Mighty Classes.
- Must not be altered or misused.
- Must not be shared with others.
11. Non-Solicitation
Teachers agree not to:
- Request direct payments from parents.
- Encourage parents to discontinue services with Mighty Classes.
- Offer private tuition independently to students introduced by Mighty Classes during the teaching relationship and for a reasonable period after it ends, as permitted by applicable law.
This clause is intended to protect the business relationship between Mighty Classes, parents, and teachers.
12. Intellectual Property
All teaching materials, branding, logos, documents, and resources provided by Mighty Classes remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise stated.
13. Suspension or Termination
Mighty Classes may suspend or terminate a teacher’s registration if the teacher:
- Provides false information.
- Engages in misconduct.
- Receives repeated verified complaints.
- Violates this Agreement.
- Damages the reputation of Mighty Classes.
14. Independent Relationship
Unless otherwise stated in a separate written employment contract, registration with Mighty Classes does not create an employer-employee relationship. The nature of the relationship will depend on the specific agreement between the teacher and Mighty Classes and applicable laws.
15. Changes to This Agreement
Mighty Classes may update this Agreement from time to time.
The latest version will always be available on our website.
16. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts where Mighty Classes has its principal place of business.

Teacher Declaration
By registering with Mighty Classes, I confirm that:
- I have read and understood this Teacher Agreement.
- The information provided by me is accurate and complete.
- I agree to follow the policies and procedures of Mighty Classes.
- I will maintain professionalism and act in the best interests of my students.
- I understand that student assignments are made at the discretion of Mighty Classes and are not guaranteed.
