Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Mighty Classes, we are committed to providing high-quality home tuition and online tuition services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms related to tuition fees, cancellations, and refunds.

1. About This Policy

This policy applies to all services offered by Mighty Classes, including:

• Home Tuition
• Online Tuition
• One-to-One Tuition
• Academic Coaching
• Chess Coaching
• Drawing Classes
• Computer & Programming Classes
• Other educational services offered by Mighty Classes

2. Demo Class

• Mighty Classes may offer a free demo class, subject to availability.
• Attending a demo class does not require enrollment.
• Demo classes are non-transferable and may be discontinued or modified at the company’s discretion.

3. Tuition Fee Payment

• Tuition fees must be paid directly to Mighty Classes.
• Parents should not make payments directly to teachers unless officially authorized by Mighty Classes.
• Tuition services begin only after the required payment is received.

4. Cancellation by Parent or Student

Parents or students may request cancellation of tuition services by contacting Mighty Classes.

Any cancellation request will be reviewed according to this policy.

5. Refund Policy

Before Classes Begin

If a parent cancels before the first paid class begins, Mighty Classes may process a refund after deducting any applicable administrative or processing charges, if any.

After Classes Begin

Once paid tuition classes have started, fees already paid are generally non-refundable. However, Mighty Classes may review exceptional cases at its sole discretion.

6. Teacher Replacement

If a parent is not satisfied with the assigned teacher, Mighty Classes will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable replacement, subject to teacher availability.

A teacher replacement does not automatically qualify for a refund.

7. Missed Classes

Student Absence

If a student misses a scheduled class without prior notice, the class may be considered completed unless otherwise agreed.

Teacher Absence

If a teacher is unavailable, Mighty Classes will arrange:

• A replacement class, or
• Another suitable teacher, where possible.

8. Online Class Technical Issues

If a class is interrupted due to technical issues from the teacher’s side, Mighty Classes will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session.

Technical issues on the student’s side may not qualify for a refund or replacement unless approved by Mighty Classes.

9. Company Cancellation

Mighty Classes reserves the right to cancel or discontinue any service due to:

• Teacher unavailability
• Safety concerns
• False information provided during registration
• Violation of company policies
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Where appropriate, suitable alternatives or refunds may be considered at Mighty Classes’ discretion.

10. Payment Gateway Charges

Any payment gateway fees, bank charges, or transaction charges imposed by third-party payment providers may be deducted from refundable amounts where applicable.

11. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method, unless otherwise communicated.

Processing times may vary depending on banks or payment providers.

12. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

• Completed tuition classes
• Missed classes due to student absence without prior notice
• Registration or administrative charges (if applicable)
• Charges for services already delivered

13. Changes to This Policy

Mighty Classes may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with the updated effective date.
