Parent Agreement

Effective Date: July 29, 2026

This Parent Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Mighty Classes (“Company,” “We,” “Our,” or “Us”) and the parent or legal guardian (“Parent,” “You,” or “Your”) who enrolls a student for home tuition or online tuition services.

By enrolling your child with Mighty Classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. About Mighty Classes

Mighty Classes provides personalized educational services, including:

• Home Tuition
• Online Tuition
• One-to-One Tuition
• Academic Coaching (Nursery to Class 12)
• Chess Coaching
• Drawing Classes
• Computer & Programming Classes
• Reasoning & Aptitude Classes

Our goal is to provide qualified and verified teachers based on each student’s learning needs.

2. Student Enrollment

Parents agree to provide accurate information during registration, including:

• Student’s Name
• Class
• School/Board (if required)
• Subjects
• Tuition Mode
• Address (for Home Tuition)
• Contact Information

Providing false or misleading information may result in cancellation of services.

3. Teacher Assignment

Mighty Classes carefully selects and assigns teachers based on:

• Student’s academic requirements
• Subject(s) required
• Class level
• Preferred teaching mode
• Location (for Home Tuition)
• Teacher qualifications and availability

Teacher assignments are made solely by Mighty Classes.

4. Free Demo Class

Where available, Mighty Classes may arrange a free demo class before enrollment.

The purpose of the demo class is to help parents evaluate the teacher’s teaching style and determine whether it meets the student’s learning needs.

5. Tuition Fees

• Tuition fees are payable directly to Mighty Classes.
• Parents should not make tuition payments directly to teachers unless specifically authorized in writing by Mighty Classes.
• Tuition services will begin after the required payment has been received.

6. Class Schedule

Parents are expected to:

• Finalize the class schedule with Mighty Classes.
• Ensure the student is available at the agreed time.
• Inform Mighty Classes in advance if a class needs to be rescheduled.

7. Home Tuition Guidelines

For home tuition services, parents should:

• Provide a safe, quiet, and suitable study environment.
• Ensure the student is present on time.
• Treat teachers with respect and professionalism.
• Verify the teacher’s Mighty Classes Digital ID Card if required.

8. Online Tuition Guidelines

Parents should ensure:

• A stable internet connection.
• A suitable device for online learning.
• A quiet learning environment.
• The student joins classes on time.

9. Parent Responsibilities

Parents agree to:

• Encourage regular attendance.
• Support the student’s learning.
• Communicate respectfully with teachers and the Mighty Classes support team.
• Share any academic concerns promptly.

10. Teacher Replacement

If you are not satisfied with the assigned teacher, please inform Mighty Classes.

After reviewing your feedback, we may arrange a replacement teacher, subject to availability.

11. Communication

Parents may communicate with teachers regarding:

• Student progress
• Homework
• Attendance
• Academic performance

However, all matters related to:

• Tuition fees
• Payment schedules
• Service plans
• Teacher replacement
• Complaints

should be communicated directly to Mighty Classes.

12. Student Conduct

Parents are responsible for ensuring that students:

• Attend classes regularly.
• Behave respectfully toward teachers.
• Complete assigned homework.
• Follow classroom discipline.

13. Privacy

Parents agree to respect the privacy of teachers.

Teachers’ personal information, contact details, and identification documents must not be shared or misused.

Similarly, Mighty Classes and its teachers will protect student information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Digital ID Cards

Mighty Classes may issue Digital ID Cards to teachers and students for identification and security purposes.

These ID Cards remain the property of Mighty Classes.

15. Safety & Respect

Parents and students are expected to:

• Maintain a respectful environment.
• Avoid abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.
• Report any concerns immediately to Mighty Classes.

16. Academic Performance

Mighty Classes and its teachers strive to provide quality education. However, we cannot guarantee specific examination scores, ranks, admissions, or academic outcomes, as success also depends on the student’s attendance, effort, and participation.

17. Service Changes

Mighty Classes reserves the right to:

• Change teachers when necessary.
• Modify class schedules after consultation.
• Update tuition plans and policies.
• Improve or discontinue services where appropriate.

18. Termination of Services

Mighty Classes may suspend or terminate services if:

• Tuition fees remain unpaid.
• False information is provided.
• There is repeated misconduct or abuse toward teachers or staff.
• These terms are violated.

Parents may also discontinue services by informing Mighty Classes in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.

19. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts where Mighty Classes has its principal place of business.

Parent Declaration

By enrolling my child with Mighty Classes, I confirm that:

• I have read and understood this Parent Agreement.
• The information provided by me is accurate and complete.
• I agree to follow the policies of Mighty Classes.
• I understand that tuition fees must be paid to Mighty Classes and not directly to the teacher unless officially authorized.
• I agree to maintain respectful communication with teachers and the Mighty Classes team.
• I understand that teacher assignments and replacements are managed by Mighty Classes based on student requirements and teacher availability.
